I had purchased Passion DVD player about one year back from Big Bazar, Panipat. It became out of order about a month ago and was deposited to Big Bazar for rectification. The conerned Official one Mr. Mishra told that since warranty has expired, I shall have to deposit the charges which was okayed.
DVD was deposited to Big Bazar, Panipat on 28.2.2010, but the same has not been rectified so far whereas it was promised that this will be returned after 2 days. Despite repeated telephonic requests, the officials are not giving any response. You are requested to pl look into the matter at personal level to get the DVD player and also take SUITABLE ACTION AGAINST THE ERRING OFFICIAL
Please treat it most urgent.
