I purchased a FASTag from ParkPlus a week ago and I couldn’t activate it despite several attempts. The error says it cannot be activated using this mobile. There is no customer care number available to reach out and I raised Multiple complaints using their AI enabled help desk but no use. They kept advising me to use different mobile number and I told them I have only one mobile number. I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money and they refused to cancel and refund. I urge to everyone not to trust ParkPlus and don’t buy anything from their app.
