Do not buy Panasonic LCD. They have a cheap panel from a south korean mfgt. My Panasonic 42 inch LCD ( viera) panel stopped working after 24 months. They will not replace it, since it is beyond the one year warranty. It was suppposed to work for 15 years. Really pathetic. I now have to spend another 50k for another LCD. Never buy any Panasonic product ever.
Since it is out of warranty, I have to throw this. It not about the money, but it is about being cheated !!!! Service is poor. difficult to get to the right person, replies evasive and incomplete. They just want to dump poor products onto indian customers. I am going to file a consumer court complaint.
Please do not buy Panasonic products. Our hard earned monies goes to morons like Ranbir Kapoor who are patronizing such unscrupulous companies and worthless products. No wonder Japan is in recession for the last 10 years. Their companies are not making products like they used to.
