It is not silent as compared to the other brand of acs.it creates loud sound.
Customer service is so bad.
AC GONE BAD JUST AFTER 10 DAYS OF INSATALLING, I made a complaint to Panasonic help line no without even resolving my complaint a message was sent to me that the problem has been resolved.
After one year air conditioner have problem for outdoor fan motor and outdoor pcb problem after checking they said the toal cost of repairing would be Rs.15000 they are cheating the people with spare parts
Automatic sensor is not up to the mark.
Remote is not eorking properlly.
This is the worst air conditioner.
My suggestion even if they give free also dont take.
It will be headache and time waste
Waste of money.
