I bought panasonic eluga switch around Feb 2016 after using the phone for couple of month its mic stopped working , then back camera started giving error, called customer service they are from another they dont know where is thier own service center , They gave me address to go to Vashi , I went thier in vashi sector 17 shop was closed , called them again they were confused they gave address of Ghatkoper service center of panasonic which is far from navi mumbai, and they dont have any operational service center in mumbai. Luckily I went to punjab in october I went to town name BATALA they said they can repair the phone in 20-25 days , they kept the phone for two months , finally they gave the phone back with mic and camera working . After 10-15 days of usage its touch stopped and I quit. and threw the phone in dustbin.
