One of my air-conditioners is a Panasonic heating and cooling type. While I am very satisfied with cooling part I find that in extreme winter climate of Delhi the heating is not very effective. In fact some of my guests have often requested me to switch off the air conditioner as it was bellowing out cool air. When the temperatures come down in winters and you need the heating system a Panasonic lets you down. I think that the company needs to revise its design and ensure that reverse air-conditioning cycle functions better. I am sure that they would take the matter seriously being a Panasonic. It's a great brand name and hence we expect great service.
