Pafex is spoiling the image of FedEx as a reliable courier company. We gave our contract to Pafex considering it as a subsidy of FedEx. We send almost 500 couriers within India in a month and ever since we have relied on Pafex, our couriers have been delayed and we have suffered heavy losses due to the delayed deliveries.
We are very disappointed with the services of PAFEX and regretting our decision of doing business with your company. Moreover, the employee at Jaipur office says, "our services are and will be like this only, we are not responsible, you can cancel the contract”.
We are moving back to First flight, even if we have to pay a little more, at least the courier will reach its destination.
