Dr.govind verma worst doctor ihv ever seen, time wasters! Had an OP appointment , was given a time slot but doctor arrived 5 hours later. Front office ladies ( who are totally useless at what they do) had no clue about when the doctor would arrive.
Simple answer about when doc arrives would have saved a lot of time, I could have done something else rather than just waiting.
Front office staff need to use a bit of common sense.
Totally irresponsible !
In all my 5 hours of wait, they were just giggling laughing talking and acting as if they work.
Government office staff are much better
With this experience at my first visit, I decided not to go ahead anymore with my treatments/tests.
