We, the parents of Samar Lalawani are very happy for the service provided at Oyster & Pearl Hospital Shivajinagar.
Thank you: - To all the duty Drs. and Nurses on 7th Floor and other assistive staff who helped us through our difficult times.
We din’t face any problem, while delivering food, tea, coffee, and fruit etc. In fact, we are very happy that we believed only the positive feedback given on this site & asked our consulting doctor to operate at ONP itself.
The service and overall experience was excellent.
Everyone in our family is satisfied with the utmost care provided to our son. Due to our old age we could hardly run about for the billing clarifications & other issues. The staff was so co-operative and helpful that we just dint need to do any cross checking or call up our treating doctor for clarifications. Everything was very systematically done and all procedures were well explained during admission & even during discharge. We were completely satisfied with this.
