Please never use the shitty company called oyo. U will take all the pains to visit the hotel u booked and in the end u will hear that they no longer deal with oyo because of their predatary prices and no payments. Save the trouble booking through oyo. Their policies is what have made them like this. I think the owner is too busy expanding when he does not care about the customer experience. 99% of times i have been denied bookings when booked through oyo. Some of these hotels have also shut down, but oyo still takes booking. They will send u an sms at the last moment that ur booking has been moved to a different hotel. Make some extra payment and book through a better mode. Oyo should shut, they have also ruined other online services that the hotels now dont want to trust.
