OYO is run by JOKERS. Review on Oyo Rooms

Never book rooms through OYO. I booked hotels through OYO for my friend from United Kingdom visited South India. OYO person Anurag assisted me to book hotels for him and I paid for all hotels in advance. After booking I came to know that one hotel in Pondicherry does not allow overseas guests and another Madurai hotel's contract was finished with OYO a week ago(that oyo people didn't know). For Pondicherry I booked another hotel, for Madurai hotel my friend paid himself for stay. This all happened in August 2019. And now I am asking for the refunds of both hotels. I am regularly sending messages to the Anurag of Oyo company, who assisted me to book hotels, but now he doesn't care at all, he is not even bother to respond. No Oyo person contacted me for this issue. Its just a matter of around 2500 rupees. If a company cannot return 2500 rupees, you can imagine what kind of company it is. So I recommend strongly - Do not book OYO rooms, only JOKERS work there.
