I booked a room in The Fortune hotel in Coimbatore and paid in advance. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room was undergoing maintenance and no other room was available. For OYO customer service this was a normal scenerio that needed no attention. OYO told me very casually to book another room somewhere else. I am still following up to get a refund.
