This is one my most bad experience with the website, As I had requested for Elvis On Call experience for my anniversary.
The guitarist is supposed to come to the place and you will coordinating with him regarding your surprise. The sad part is first of all it was surprise for my partner and I had to manage alot to maintain other plans along with this Elvis On Call.
So the guitarist cum singer told me, he will sing the songs that I want and I suggested some of the favorite songs to him one day prior to the event.
To my surprise the next day, he came and sang something else without even telling me that my requested songs will not be played. However when I was checking the video recently I noticed that guy was singing a break up song and I was like for god sake I was celebrating our togetherness and not separation.
Scheduling the surprise on the required date was so difficult even though I was trying from 25 days prior and payment was 3600/-. Later I emailed the website sharing my bad experience they sent confirmation saying they received my email but did not show the courtesy to reply or sort it out.
Not happy with the experience had with Oyehappy.com
