We are blessed with a baby boy on 4th Oct 2016 under the guidance of Dr Sapna. She was our sole believe from day one. The Ovum hospital has state of art facility to deal with any pregnancy related complication for the mother as well for the baby. The OPD & nursing staff has hospitality which are way beyond expectation. We highly appreciate their friendliness and support during our stay. Our baby got a bit of infection soon after delivery. The pediatrician has suggested for a procedure called Lumbar Puncture which really sound scary at beginning. But the confident shown by doctor and the need for the same was well explained. It was carried out without any hassle and later the fluid has sent for culture test. The outcome of the report has supported to take right action on antibiotic dose/timeline and brought the infection level under control. We are completely satisfied with the overall service and care taken.
PS: Do experience their kadak chai available in the canteen. We enjoyed it round the clock.
