Good contents; worst delivery -yearly subscription. Review on Outlook Money

I am a subscriber since November 2007,

I have been not receiving many copies of outlook money.I raised this

issue with outlook subscription team many times, once or twice they

sent me copies, but of late even that stopped, I am not happy with this.

I did not become a subscriber to wait for the magazine and not receive

it. I would have been better off buying it from the stands. I will

recommend my friends and relatives not to subscribe to outlook money.

Simply worst customer care.

I have to check their web site or the stands and find out that a new copy has arrived, then I wait for the copy in my letter box, but no use. I have not received the last two or so issues(beore 15thAug08) and many others before that. The last time I wrote a mail to the subscription department, and they did not even bother to respond.

I am fed up with this and caution others not to go for  one year subscription of outlook money. they lure you with free gifts etc, and club outook too. Wonder if the one year subscription clubbed with outlook is a trick to get people to subscribe to outllook. Since I am receiving outlook regularly, but not outlook money.

At least I am not going to renew my subscription, I would rather buy it off the stands when I feel like reading.
