I don't love this ortel broadband internet service.i am using ortel broadband internet from last 2 months.but as per my experience its not good service.
Their service is not friendly and their package is not too good.now I am use lowest package of ortel broadband internet and its download plan 1MB p/s.but many time their internet connection is fault for 2-3 minutes.
Also when I face some problems they take too many times for solve that problem.
Too many time their internet speed gone too slow for few hours.but wishnet internet connection broadband give better service than ortel broadband internet.but our local area not have wishnet service.
Also their customer service is not good.one day when I call their customer service number they misbehave with me.their service is not too good.also they are take too much time to solve problems.
I do not suggest this broadband internet service to my all friends.
