Ortel is worst internet connection, I made a mistake by taking connection from ortel. 1st when I call to ortel for new connection, within half hour a person came from ortel for form filling. he show me the plan and he comparing with airtel connection. then I fill the form, he say that connection will install tomorrow. I waiting whole day but no one come, I cal him by evening then he say sorry sir tomorrow connection install. againg I waiting whole day and at evening they come and installed the connection. now the speed is just 60 KBps, now I am trying to call ortel office but no one answering the call
worst service.
