When I first knew about this broadband service, I think that this is the best isp in odisha.
I am using this for 2 months and getting depressed by regular calling costumer care. Because it regularly not connecting to Internet.
The speed is average.
I am using Odisha starter plan of rs-250 pm.
It gives 1gb data usage ang night usage is free.
Its some how good.
But regularly modem goes offline which is very disgusting.
Ortel have to solve this problem soon or I will change broadband service soon
