Orkut Rocks!!!. Review on Orkut

Orkut.. is a networking community created by google employee, Orkut Büyükkökten... orkut had got nearly 3 million users 'n growin' vigorously....you can join by invite only.... very much like Hi5, friendster and other ... but easier 2 navigate.

in a nutshell.... in orkut members can.........add friends, upload pics (upto 12 pics), bookmarkprofiles (so that they are easy to access), u can have a hot list, crush list and ignore list 'n u can send teasers 2...

.....well what I like abour orkut is the scrappin' part of it.. u can scribble in anyone's scrap book... which is more or less like chatting if your friends are online !!! and if u find any scrap to be offensive .. u have the option of deleting it tooo...Messages can be sent to you personally if u think scrapping is not personal enough!!

....members can also choose how much u know the person u are adding... if u haven't met, acquaintance, friend, good friend or best friend....U can also rate your friends... on how cool, sexy and trustworthy they are!!!

'n u can write testimonials 'bout your friends 'n vice versa

well those were the pros... now here's my only con as far as this website goes....... the site's kinda slow... sometimes it shows "BAD BAD SERVER. NO DONUT FOR YOU "...

I had joined orkut in 2005, then there weren't this many users... but off late the members have grown at a phenominal rate...

I found lots of my long lost friends here... there is a community for almost anything... school, college, workplace, fashion, movies etc etc....u name it and there's a community for it !!!! you can even find an MS community there!!!!

.....and if u ask me if u should join join....I would definitely say yes!!! give it a shot!! who knows who u might find !!!!
