Very very poor service, not at all customer centric and a rip-off.
I gave my bike to get the chain and sprocket changed ONLY. Said no servicing was required as I had got it serviced a month ago.
While receiving my bike I see a bill of Rs 4100/- Interesting part is, the spares cost was 2500/- but the labor cost was 1700/- Almost same as the spares cost.
