Oriental Bank of Commerce is my primary bank. I am a member of this bank since 2012. The service of this bank is totally poor in my opinion.Phone Banking facility is average, it should had been better but it is average in my opinion.
ATM facility is excellent on this bank, the ATM's are always active which is a positive thing in my opinion.Internet Banking is also average on this bank, it should had been better in my opinion.Customer Service is poor on this bank, they don't provide the better service which is very poor in my opinion.
