I had purchased this geyser for my mother and it worked well and after 3 months of usage, a hole had developed in the inner tank and it's leaking.so I had called up the orient service centre and they promptly came within 2 days.however the said that the inner tank is not available and the need to order it and it may take period of 3 months to get it.
As without geyser my mother is an old person and requires hot water everyday.as I don't know how it is possible to have a hole in the steel tank & that too using it only for 3 months.thus very horrible response from this geyser as it got damaged within 3 months.what a waste of money.
