For a relative's anniversary I ordered a bouquet 2 days in advance. The location was one of those to which O&R.com promised same day delivery.
The bouquet was not delivered on the day. And I had to call them to check the status. The call was answered after I tried for more than an hour, but the promised follow up and apology never came.
Oh yeah, they did deliver the bouquet - a day later. I dont know how it was though - didnt want to know about it after the delay anyway.
My follow up emails were never answered by these people.
The website design may be acceptable, but prices are a little high. (Most of these kind of websites are rip offs aren't they?!!! they charge 5 times are more than the outside market price. Some amount more than the market price would be acceptable for delivery and online ordering.... but 5 times more? with delivery like this? unacceptable )
I would not recommend this to anyone.
