I think Orange is too good in their service. I have been using it for 3 years and have found it extremely good. Inspite of their high costs the service provided by them is absolutely stunning. They have also tied up with different hotels and other stuff like that so as to provide us with great discounts. The option of paying the bill in the bank is also very convineint.
I think other cellular operators will have to go a very long way to match the qualities of ORANGE.
