We are a campus of around 6000 residents in powai in mumbai. One year back I went for the connection of orange, just as other 2000 residents (who own cellphones), who value quality above cost. For a few months the quality was very good.
But gradually the call quality got deteriorated. Though the voice from the other side is very clear, but the voice from this end does not reach there. And this happens even when there are all bars of signal of the cell.
One cannot expect to use the cell unless they go out on the road. I sent a number of complaints to orange through their website and toll-free number. They assured that they would take care of the problem as soon as possible. However it has been months and no action has been taken. As a result orange is losing a huge customer base, with people switching to other options.
