Disgusting, Late SMS delivery. Review on Orange Mobile Operator

I am not an Orange user. I am using IDEA Cellular in Delhi. But I have problem with Orange, how? The problem is with SMS. One of my friend (female) resides in Mumbai whom I often send SMS. But sometimes it reaches too late, which is unbearable. Here I would like to give an example of the disgusting service of these service provider. About 3 days back from writing this review, I send her SMS at about 7:30 P.M. which delivered at about 12:00 A.M. Isn't it disgusting? I don't know what impression had gone to her family members about me. Because it is not supposed to be descent to send SMS to a girl at late night. I know that the time of sending appears in every SMS but how many people will pay attention on this if they receive SMS too late. And this is when I have no fault in this. I know, some people will say that it may be IDEA's problem. May be, but if so how is my SMS reaching on other services successfully.

Whomsoever is responsible for this, whether IDEA or ORANGE, user is paying for this irresponsibility of mobile operators. reaching SMS on the interval of 2 hours is very often. Mobile operators should pay attention on this, otherwise loss is theirs.
