Hello, all I am from Coimbatore so obviously I visited Ooty so many times. Ooty is the best place to relax from hectic work. Usually, people will visit in the summer seasons but my suggestion is you may visit the place in the month of October to January because at that month the climate will be awesome and romantic.
people must go to Ooty by toy train that is Nilgiri mountain railway. it will give you a nice experience, you will see beautiful sceneries on the side. The train ticket is very cheap it will around 50rs and two-wheeler is the best option to ride to in the town. because you can feel the awesome climate completely.
People usually visit the boathouse, botanical garden, doddabetta but there are so many interesting places to visit.
Pykara lake is 19kms away from Ooty, this place is also famous for small trekking. Avalanche Lake, nearby the lake the famous avalanche chocolate factory, is located you must taste the chocolates. then stone house Ooty it is the first bungalow constructed in Ooty. then mukurthi national park, toda temple, tiger hill etc
Ooty is not only the best place for a honeymoon it also has a lot of history as well as trekking areas.
Also, you can get original tea powders bcz Ooty is famous for tea plantation.
if you have 3-4 days holiday Ooty is the best place.
