Initially I was apprehensive about spirituality. I was of the opinion that spiritualiy was an excuse. sort of....its for the weak ones. I was curious about psychololgy, mind dynamics and that stuff. Only after taking the Art of living basic course did I realise that spirituality is nothing but quintessence of psychology.

Its simple; you learn to keep ur cool and hence ur perception, understanding and observation increases. So you begin to know U better and others also better. And now u start realising that differences are only in perception (bcoz our perception is badly distorted due to the pressure and stress we take. To top it all, our ego says ??yeah, I know that what I think/say/do is correct??!!!!!)

We are of the notion that god is some where above and we starrt treating him like businessman. Isn?t it so??? we say I wil do all this to you and u do all this to me!. We tell him what to do! as if he lacks intelligence!!. Once u start realising that god is just a child, a little baby, then all your demands fall off. What ever a child does, we dont question it because we know a child is playful.

Our life is a beautiful game to play and in play there are no tears; only joy. This web site is a good way to start your spiritual path. Reading and listening to talks by sri sri ravishankar is a benediction. There are many art of living web sites like https://artoflivingtn.org etc. but taking the basic course is definitely a wonderful way!.
