Hi friends I want to share your personal experience with you that we purchased Onida TV LCD we are very happy at the time of purchase because the company name as Onida is one of the major brand which give very good service and customer satisfaction related queries but I failed when I purchased this TV because VR beginner fan of Onida from my daddy and my mother they suggested me on your TV because the brand is old and people think that old is gold that's why you purchased Onida TV due to current fluctuation the screen is not coming when we call to customer care support they speak very rudely to me and they given very pathetic reply during their answer I'm very hurted badly and I'm very disappointed due to their answers they given me very bad reply that I don't want to tell in the public because the character of Onida is very good even also I love Onida but if they're giving customer support like this we are very happy so I just suggest you buy on your TV but complaint your complaint by email you will get good support by email they are very active in email but they are very bad in customer care support this is my personal review I want to share with you if you think the same then we are the same platform if you think different it may good with you thank you for reading marry you
