Horrible Amazon India and OnePlus India!

Ordered OnePlus 3 phone for my dad through Amazon, and it got delivered on 6th Oct. On 20th Oct the display was gone. Zero. No display. Now your return window has expired. Do you expect a phone worth Rs 28, 000 to work for just 10 days?

I want full refund or replacement for this!
