One plus customer server is totally waste and no proper response from them even after complaining about the home button problem in my phone. Phone heats up very much on mobile data usage. The camera is pretty good but can get the same quality image from the different brand phones less than 15000rs. Occasionally my phone hangs and stops responding when phone heats up heavily. For the first few days finger print sensors worked perfectly but after few days its stopped working and unable to unlock phone using finger sensor option.
