The most pathetic website I have ever been to. The worst non-professional behaviour of all the sales team executives. I have been waiting for a callback since 4 months and have never received the same in spite of hundreds of reminders. Please never shop from this website. First, when I browsed for the product, it was available on the website, so I continued with the purchase.
Later, after few days of no response, I called them and then I was informed that the product is out of stock and is not expected to be in stock for about a month or so. At that time, they had already charged money from me for the product that was not in stock at all. I am calling them every day since 6 months, but always got the answer that one of the executive will give a callback, which never happened a single time. I am waiting for my refund since 6 months.
Please don't trust them, once they get money, no1 will reply or respond to you.
