I had bought mobile insurance from oneassist. They changed the terms of policy without informing me. When I raised a claim they asked me to pay as per the new terms which was equal to the sum insured.
This is one bullshit company. Dont trust them. All are senseless. Everytime I call them they say I understand you concern but in the end they ask me to pay the money. Absolutely irritating people.
