Hallo friends I am a HDFC bank account holder from last 1year.
I want to share that HDFC services are to good but in November first I will get a call from hdfc customer service and that person are insisting to make a credit card.
They told me that card features .its life time free card is one of that .
But after getting that card I have use that card to payment for petrol bill 280/- but when I check my due amount on next day its showing ( 1299+ 100+ 18+ 280) .
I am really surprised and I call to my bank and they told me that in my card ONE ASSIST service will activate and that 1299/- , 100/- & 18 /- rupee are changing for that service.
I told him that without my permission how they can activate any service.
Bank will take a complaint and take 10 working days for solving that issue but still that service are active and they will not refund my money.
Friends I just want to tell you that do not make any credit card through online and never take any service from one assist .Their customers service are also not respond properly most of the time their number are not reachable ( 08080 333 333) .
