I can usually survive with about four hours sleep at night. However, there are days when I find it hard to keep my eyes open in the afternoons..especially after a heavy lunch. A swig of ONE SHOT is all I need to chase the drowsyness away.
It is a convinient little bottle and fits in my purse or my lap top case and it is always there when I need it. At home I keep a stock in the fridge. It tastes great even without refrigiration but is more refreshing when nice and cold.
I have also found ONE SHOT a great help when I am affected with jet lag ..after international flying and time change etc. Helps me keep going and get used to the local times.
What is nicer is it does not have any calories or sugar and does not add to my already extra weight!
I think everyone should try it and am sure you will like it.
