Well I want some 1 from OLX India to read this and reply.I was selling my old books and comics over on their site. Lately , I am not sure they did some changes in their T&C's and I have blocked for selling up a soft copy of comic book.Well dear OLX team I understand this may be a sort of piracy but you have to check my past account posts where in I have been unintentionally doing this and you were OK with this earlier.
Now , all of a sudden my account have been blocked. When I am trying to reset my password a automated mail stating my system generated password is coming ( how stupid , for a blocked account your system is generating a password ) . Your customer care guys have mailed me back with the answers but no solutions. I must say the quality of content they are writing is absolutely pathetic no mention of Sir or Ma'am ...Shows the efficiency of your organizational systems who has been there from long time but failed to make a mark.
I am a very small person and My account on your site would hardly make a difference but I am definitely not recommending OLX.in to any of my known..
