I sold my car in Nov-2022 and an olx-auto field team member informed me that he is holding 12000 and I will get it in a month.
After a month when I did not receive I call to the olx-auto field team member but as you know in case of all fraud this guy stop picking up my phone.
then I raised the complaint on the olx-auto support portal and got a response that I need to wait for Max 180 days/6 months to get my hold-back amount.
I was shocked because this was not communicated in any earlier discussions because in this scenario defiantly not sold my car.
But now I am in their trap, so waited for 180 days/6 months, and after six months sent a mail to support to the release of my amount, But no response. Then I start looping OLX Auto CEO(xxxxxx.xxxxxx@olx.com) then I got the response, but
again they started with a false promise, support guy called me separately and said that amount will release in 72 hrs, and after a week when no amount was released. Gave him more than 3 reminders looping OLX Auto CEO(xxxxxx.xxxxxx@olx.com) but not received my amount or any response.
So overall the worst experience.
Suggesting others to avoid buy/sell or any other transactions with OLX AUTO.
We as consumers boycott these fraud service providers.
