I am one of the earliest Ola S1 Pro customer from Ahmedabad. This month, it developed an issue, not starting or shutting down immediately. On raising complaint, appointment was given in Anand, 90 km away, then Patan, 130 kms away. Later on, a service person visited on 15 JULY and advised to raise a RSA(road side assistance) ticket. As impossible to connect on phone, email was sent on 18 JULY for RSA and ticket # 04198143 was informed. As nothing happened, a followup mail was sent on 19 JULY, another ticket # 04165275 was given. Waiting for a development since then. Scooter is lying unusable since almost a month now. Hopeless company and hopeless customer service. STAY AWAY. Soon its public issue may be there, participate at your own risk.
