Its really pathetic service.
Yesterday I hired a ola cab.The details are below.

It added a extra 3x charge for peak hour over my normal charge. When I called the ola customer care they said when there is shortage of cabs they can add extra charge.That may be 2x or 4x.Please tell me why should I pay extra charge for their shortage of cab. They add extra 449.74.I asked everyone, that much high cost for peck up charge is tolerable? I have attached my ola bill for prove of my words.
I use OLA cabs for long time.But what happened with me at yesterday.Sorry to say this is my last time.For now I also a good member of the #avoidola
