I got a ride for Delhi Terminal 3 airport. Can driver took me to wrong terminal. Returned back to original booked terminal. Stopped the cab way before the terminal and demanded 3X money. When I refused to pay, he called another OLA driver to come and threatened me to face consequences. Held my luggage and I couldnt leave the cab. At that moment in night I was threatened to death by these goons. When emailed customer care, they called my friend at 5 am . He couldn’t pick the phone and they deemed case has been resolved. Instead of pressing criminal charges on driver, OLA management turned a blind eye to customer.
