Worst service ever from Ola . This have been happening over months now. Whenever we book a ride via auto or Cab. The auto or Cab driver asks for cash instead of online payment. This is happening with 99 out of 100 drivers. They demand cash or they want us to cancel the ride. Once we cancel, Ola charges us with "cancellation fee" even after listing reason "driver wants cash". Ola will charge ₹15 as cancellation fee. Once they charged, i tried to reach them but one cannot reach Ola support. There is no chat option within their app neither they have any phone number in their app. Isn't it a scam. Here the fee should be charged to the drivers who agreed to attach with Ola even after knowing Ola modes of payment. I don't know how big this scam is? but Ola seems to be using cheap tricks now like this. I will make sure to bring this to light on every platform and with our media partners. Making sure atleast my surrounding is safe from Ola.
