Ola is The Best !. Review on Ola Cabs

Ola cabs' service is excellent and its rates are surprisingly low.

The first time I called up Ola cabs was actually in desperation, as local autowallas in Visakhapatnam were asking for a ransom for an airport drop at 6 am in the morning. Rs. 400, 350 for a 12 km ride from the heart of the town. Just to avoid dealing with these auto scum,  I was prepared to pay even higher rates for a taxi and called up Ola.

A clean air conditioned cab arrived on time and the driver helped me with the luggage too! The fare charged was Rs. 179/-. It was sheer luxury.

I was so impressed that I downloaded their app immediately. I was on a week's tour of Bombay and Hyderabad. On landing at Bombay, just touched the'Ride Now' on the phone screen and the driver contacted me. Then onwards, it was a ball. It was as if I had a car with a driver at my disposal, wherever I went. The maximum wait time in all three cities was 7 minutes! I used the service about 8 or 9 times. All the drivers were different from the usual. Decent and professional.

On returning to Vizag, I called up Ola from the Railway Station for a 2.6km distance ride home. Sure enough, the car arrived in 4 minutes to the spot I was standing at! No grumbling over the short distance, no demand for extra charges. Just a pleasant ride. Unheard of in Vizag taxi history!

Congratulations to Ola. They have brought foreign standards to India in the taxi business.

Compelled to give them a five star rating as there is no provision for a six star in the ratings.
