Ive been using this ride almost for 5 months back and the service was superb.
when I start booking up the cab within 2 min the driver will call us for an confirmation and the timing also on time.
huge cabs are available in this city but time capturing is OLA.
I havent called technical due ti driver knowledge. it means the cab driver well known of this city very much. more over the cost of the micro and mini is like pocket money ride.
