I took a OLA cab service 2 days before . The cab reached to me in 4-5 min after booking .So can say it is quite time punctual. The tour operator was very helpful and we have a very friendly behaviour and very helpful because of his friendly nature. The destination was of around 35 minutes where we reached at nearly same time up and down of 3-4 minutes . As I said the Driver of that cab was very friendly so he tells me much more about the city and also tells me about destination specialities . The cab feels safe and like my own driver was riding car .So overall journey was very good and I would like to thanks OLA for this safe and convenient journey . And one suggestion for OLA is to reduce it's cost to make it more affordable for everyone.
