I booked at least 10 times and my General experiance is: They say it's 7 Rs, 9 Rs, 11 Rs /kms and we fall in trap. When you will travell for 7-8 kms your bill be anything about 150-200 Rs.
Worst service I found was in Agra City: We were there to watch Tajmahal and Fatehpur Sikri (88 kms round distance) looking for taxi(local people asked for 1300 including everything toll etc). Ola told me it will be 7 Rs per kms we hired taxi @ 3 PM and returned by 6 PM and was given shocking bill of 2000/-(about 22/-/km). I wasn't in condition to aishwaryasingh23 amount and called customer care service evertime call was being disconnected in between conversation supposing I will not call again, finally one guy who listened me because my frustration and shoutings told me that I will have to aishwaryasingh23 complete fare whehther I go to court or any where else. I asked driver to brief customer care exectuve the things he refused said this happens everyday I can't do anything.
I have been refused for rides two -three even after confirmation(drivers will just tell you they can't come you can take another taci LOL)
Believe me your Uber/Mery bill will be much cheaper and drivers will be comparatively well behaved and on time.
