Ola cabs nowadays have been used as a major mode of transport. It becomes convenient for us but there are some trust issues regarding it. Like the driver needs to be trustworthy. Sometimes the driver takes a long route rather than taking the short route, because of which if females are travelling alone in the cab they may feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Also the driver hardly stays at a place for a long time. If we take too much time to reach the cab the driver cancels the ride. Also the availability of rides is not easily available. If the ride is cancelled because of us they fine 75 Rs/ ride, which is high. Also sometimes they charge a high price for a very short distance. Instead of the GPS being on, the driver gets fail many times in tracking our location which delays in their reach, and if we're in a hurry then it will create a problem for us. I don't prefer Ola cabs anymore because I am tired of their inconvenience. Overall it has less value for money.
