I book an ola share cab from kothrud to wanwadi. Now there are series of things happened with me.
First the driver came late by 20 minutes, whenever I called he said I am on my way and reaching in 2 minutes. I have no option other than waiting because I was in hurry as my interview was sheduled and there was surge pricing.
Finally, when the driver came, to my shock his back tire was punchured. I told him why he wouldn't told me about that on call. He rudly said it will only take 5 minutes to fill the punchure.
But it took him 15 minutes to fill the punchure. As it was a share cab one passenger was already seating there. First he went to drop him. My destination and his drop destination both were in opposite direction. Which extended my trip for 1 more hour.
Then he went to drop me to the location. The driver was really unprofessional he was doing a video chat on his smartphone while driving. Once while driving he also started searching for his earphones. He put mine and his life in danger.
I booked the cab at 10: 30 AM and supposed to reach at the deatination by 11: 30 AM but I reached the destination by 1: 00 PM. I have also sent my complaint on ola complaint email id but still there is still no reply. You can imagine how bad was my experience with ola cabs.
