Today I am sharing my experience with you. Recently, I have booked Ola Cab for riding to Jubilee Hills. For this purpose I have used mobile Ola App. At the time booking I got one alert in my app. Do not pay cash, use OLA Wallet for getting more benefits. Then I have loaded some amount to my OLA App. After completion of my ride driver is demanding for cash.
I asked him use my OLA Wallet. Then he replied, there is no balance in your wallet, please pay cash. He was demanding for cash. I try to connect call to center, it was very busy. Then driver asking very harsh. I paid cash immediately. After some time, I again call to call center and explained same issue. Besides that I asked for refund my Ola wallet balance. They said that it is not possible you can use your amount on next ride. it had happened due to technical issue. Here their intention is very clear they need business from customers from again and again without benefits.
Finally, don't ride in Ola Cab. if situation demands for riding in ola cab then don't load amount in Ola Wallet.
