Ola cabs is very helpful in emergency. Before a couple of years ago. I need urgent transport in mumbai but no any cab ready to come with me that time I was very upset because of poor cab service .
And now recently I took ola, what a excellent service you just need to book a cab on phone and it will reach your destination in very few minutes.
The ola drivers is also very professional. The drive safely and about the payment ola charge little bit extra on pick hours but in night it is very useful & very reasonable in our pocket.
Nice service but some times ( when some stricks happen ) they took double charges from customer.
