I booked a cab for 5.25 pm; got an sms at 5 pm saying cab is on the way; at 5.40 pm when no cab arrived, I called the driver and he said he is not coming and asked me to call the office.
I tried the office no. - 040 33553355 repeatedly but was unable to get through them. At 6.00 pm, I received an sms saying the booking has been cancelled as per my request . WTF. I have never seen a more horrible cab service in my life. Avoid OLA CABs at any cost.
